Honestly if friends or family is sharing things you aren't ok with talk to them about why and how it's not theirs to share if they don't understand cut them out because that's not ok

This wonât solve it, but I had a therapist who said, âpeople are going to think what they _want_ to thinkâ For some reason it made me a lot less afraid when trying to anticipate other peopleâs reactions. I still really struggle(d) but it helps to know when walking in that you really just gotta open up for _you_ and not for the other person
Just remember that no matter what anyone else says about it your trauma is valid, and you don't have to tolerate anyone trying to spread it or make light of it :)
