Anyone have trouble waking up in the morning? I hit the snooze several times especially on mornings I don't have anything going on. I'm on depakote, lithium and paliperidone and wondering if these meds have something to do with it.

I had that problem too. Do you drink caffeine? Sugary drinks? Once I cut it out of my diet I fall asleep fast, stay asleep and wake up earlier, often before my alarm. I notice I snooze my alarm a lot less

I have been having sleep problems for the past several months, despite being mostly on medication that's supposed to be stimulating. I know lithium is known to make you have less energy but I'm not sure about the other two.
