I have hypothyroidism. Hyperthyroidism is heat sensitivity, hypothyroidism is cold sensitivity though rare occasions can be both. Hypothyroidism, in general, can leave you feeling groggy. It has a multitude of symptoms that I found out the hard way. They come in the form of flare ups which, can pretty much be controlled with the proper amount of medication. I myself take 100mcg of levothyroxine to control temp sensitivity, severe itching, blood blistering on my arms, extreme fatigue, even bouts of staff infection and more. I was miserable!!

Idk if this is a hypothyroid issue but humidity makes me feel groggy, maybe because the body spends energy into trying to cool you off
