    I hear you. Do you journal? Do you feel write thoughts down or a list of of what’s on your mind would help at all? I am too stress a lot and my anxiety is extremely high. I am working on figuring out ways to reduce it if I can without medications. 1. I track many symptoms in an app called Bearable,( has a small fee) 2. Write to-do lists 3. Have a calendar with my schedule of appointments and work and friends and family birthdays 4. Breathing exercises 5. Cleaning calms me at times (having order helps me) 6. Wishing I could get sleep( getting a good nights sleep helps) 7. Talk to my friends or therapist if necessary or if it helps
