the environment i lived in for about 8 years resulted in me having adjustment stress disorder, and i don’t think i will ever be able to cope with stress. even the small stresses of life causes me to be neglectful to my wellbeing purely because i am too stressed to do anything. i don’t know what to do, i’m taking college classes next year and i can’t afford to be this stressed. does anyone have any advice?
