any tips to keep your brain from fixating on one thought? i’ll try distracting myself, working on something, doing something fun… no matter what, my brain keeps telling me to google the thought/feeling or just worry about it on and on and on. it gets exhausting, especially if i can’t reason myself out of the hole.

    I do the same, fixate on something until something else takes over. I drive myself crazy and make myself ill doing it. Any suggestions I'd happily try too
