If I’m close to an episode or a meltdown my eyes begin to burn. I don’t know if this is just a me thing but it happens Everytime.

    I have similar reactions, when I get upset I feel as tho someone is breaking my wrist, I'm not sure if this helps?

    I always get really really freezing cold with goosebumps and start shaking (from how cold I feel not anxiety) when I’m close to one
