      I'm really into noortropics, I sent a link. They are natural amino acids that our bodies use. I've had great success with them. I buy from a website www.bulksupplemts.com I've had great luck with them way better than medication.

      Adderall, wellbutrin, and a planner with pretty pens. I’m autistic as well, so I’ve fallen into the rabbit hole and looked at tons of different planner layouts and stationery 🤣 I found that breaking up my process is helpful- if I have a lot to do, I start with making a list of those things so I can see them all in one place, and then I can work out which things are time sensitive, which things I’ll need help with, etc.

      on the legal and more readily available side of things, I've been having a pretty good experience with focalin (dexmethylphenidate) so far ...that being said, ive heard some pretty good things about microdosing psilocybin
