Anyone on Keppra have experience taking muscle relaxants/steroids? I recently injured my back and have a herniated disc... my last seizure occurred after being on a course of steroids and though my doctor says there are no interactions, I can't help but worry still.
I have learned the hard way to ask if medications interact AND if new medications “can lower seizure thresholds”. Asking the second part of that sentence about seizure thresholds was a game changer. Doctors really started paying attention and doing their homework. So long story short, idk, but ask about med interactions and those pesky thresholds if you can!
