Regarding hot flashes. I have been having them on and off for 4 years. They are bad at the moment so I have just started recording them; how frequent during the day I am having them. I started estrovan supplements 10 days ago. It hasn’t worked yet. Cohosh didn’t help. Zoloft helped for short time but then stopped working. Appreciate any advice from others on managing this as I understand it could last for many years to come. It’s quite debilitating to concentrating on my job :-( I have them every 30mins to a couple of hours all day every day.

Has anyone in peri or full menopause had constant and I mean all day constant jitteriness? It’s debilitating. It’s in arms legs belly. I’m 49 and had 2 steroid injections and it seems to have thrown me into a whirlwind of certain menopausal symptoms and bleeding for 46 days. I’m on progesterone tabs 10mg to help the bleeding but this constant internal tremor is AWFUL 😢

Hi I also have been suffering with severe hot flashes for 7 years, I would not take any medication I tried all the natural supplements! I finally decided to go on premarin and metadroxyprogesterone it has been the only thing that has worked for me (miracle) It was affecting my job and personal life tremendously!!! Within two weeks of taking that medication I feel back to normal again If the natural supplements are not working, you need to talk to your doctor and go on HRT. Good luck

Thank you all for the insights:-) I will stick with the estrovan for a bit more to see if it helps. And add a multi and look at the estrogen gel. Am already on cbd for night time, and a fan helps too.

Estrogen and a multi daily has definitely been helping... but at the same time i also use CBD at jight to help with the night sweats. It kills them off entirely most nights

Estroven doesn't start working for about a month. I've been on it for almost 2 months now and have seen some improvement in menopausal symptoms. Are you taking any multi vitamins? I've found that taking one has helped too.
