Ever since I’ve moved to a different state for college my suicidal ideations have been much worse. I haven’t seen a therapist in almost a year and I feel my mental state deteriorating by the minute. You may be wondering why I don’t see a therapist. I can’t see one in The state I’m in because I’m not an official resident, and telehealth simply hasn’t done much for me. I’m waiting until I can get back home but everything seems hopeless at the moment. I feel myself slipping, my grades are slipping, my relationships, etc. except nobody realizes how deep I’m falling and I’m scared.

I am having the same issue except I'm in the same state and I have never had a therapist 🙃 it's just getting worse 🙃 😑

The fear is real; I know what you mean. I experienced that just last month. Everyone was going to school while I was taking a much-needed break. Except, I felt like I should be at school; like everyone was pulling ahead of me. A new environment can be freaky. Going to a one-year program in FL was widely uncomfortable and I wanted to be done after only 2 weeks. It's hard when you're losing motivation to do stuff, especially when you really care about it. I'd recommend telling those you love about it, no matter how scary. You need people now, and there is NOTHING wrong with that. You are loved. If you need someone to talk to, I'm here, and you've got a whole community on this app behind you😊 Love you! You are here for a reason - you matter. You are loved more than you could possibly know

This happened to me as well and I ended up failing all of my classes because my mental health got so bad, try to take breaks when needed and seek counseling at your school if they have it, mine had 7 free sessions then you start paying, it's ok to fail and take time to yourself, try getting disability accommodations for school, I did this and it really helped me along with getting diagnosed and put on meds

Tell yourself that it's ok to fail at times.. you are doing great and you've reached this far and you've been dealing with them by yourself.. which means you are mentally strong... you get anxious sometimes maybe because you are doubting yourself.. remind the things you've achieved so far.. and that you could pull this through in the future too.. :)
