How to Overcome Loneliness After a Breakup?

Honestly same. Family is great but I would like to have a friend as well. It took me a year and a few months to get over my ex . So dont worry it will take time but take all the time you need :)

I feel that way often. Like I'm around people but still alone. I feel blessed to have found this app so I found that there are others who think the same as me. You are not alone. Have you ever tried going to any groups. Even just going and listening and feeling as part of a group of people. It helps to look forward to being around people I think. I'm not in groups right now, but I think I may start them again.

It's hard at first.. but you need to surround yourself with a support system. It doesn't have to be big. Maybe choose two or three people you trust and include them in your support system. Isolation does not work. I promise, even though you think so, you are not a bother. You will not bother others to reach out and get the support you long for. Don't be afraid... It may not seem like it but I promise you most definitely are not alone. You got this!
