Struggling with Auditory Processing Disorder and ADHD

I struggle SO MUCH with auditory processing disorder, I haven’t been diagnosed with ADHD yet but there’s no doubt I have it, I just wanted to touch upon this one symptom which I would consider one my my greatest symptoms at the moment. Seriously, it’s been affecting my relationships with people so much as I can almost never understand what people are saying to me unless they repeat it many times to me. It’s so embarrassing and lately it’s just been getting worse and worse, I don’t know what to do. This mostly happens at school when everyone is talking at the same time and I struggle to focus on one single conversation I’m having with someone. I don’t know what to do, people keep making fun of me and getting really mad.
