Dealing with HPPD After Psychedelic Use

Does anyone have HPPD because of psychedelics? If so how do you deal with it? I see constant tracers, halos around lights, mild hallucinations, and it feels like my mind has been permanently altered through excessive use of acid, psilocybin mushrooms, DMT, etc.

been stuck in a trip at all times to some extent since 2018 or 2019, honestly not sure how i deal w/it i just kind of ignore it much as i can, being severely OCD helps to block it all out, ive had symptoms of dissociation/derealization since i was a kid though, dealt w/full blown psychosis since i was 13 which has only gotten worse, it's tough honestly i guess you just gotta battle w/your brain day after day, i believe in you!
