      Finding out what activities can distract you/ help you stay “above the water”/calm down is really important and helpful. I usually Google ideas and practice them when I’m feeling decent so I have the habit for when I need it!

      Hi Lana! There are plenty of different things you can try. It depends on you and what things you are open to. You can practice alone or with YouTube things like mindfulness, breathing exercise and yoga. If you have the time and money for it you could reach out to mental treatment like psychotherapy, CBT, biofeedback and lots of others. Personally I recently started meeting with a psychologist and talk to her about my life, guess it's kind of psychotherapy.
