So I feel ive gone through this so many times but I'm getting back on path of trying to exercise and eat right. I know how to eat right and healthy I mostly struggle with exercising lately. I just feel i been on this "reset" so many times and I never stick with it. There is always something usually a vacation that makes me have set back. I'm very emotional eater so if im doing well I eat more or something "bad" or if I'm having bad day I have a f**k it mentality and eat things or drink more than I should. I've been on this pattern for over 10 year. Anyone else deal with these struggles or anything similar ?

That is very normal that's why me and others are overweight. The only way to lose weight is to stick to a plan as much as possible. Otherwise we lose and gain, lose and gain. Sticking to a plan is not easy, you have to be determined and change your mind. And say enough is enough! Otherwise we give up and say F it. I like to listen to motivation videos in the morning or dance music . It helps me remember that I have a goal to get to and the sooner I follow my plan, the sooner I get to that goal. Too many years wasted on the cough watching my kids get older in front of me :/
