I walked from my bedroom to the kitchen and back.. I felt my heart racing and I just felt unwell overall.. dull chest pain, dizzy, lightheaded and a little nauseous! I checked my heart rate and it was 116.. I’ve been laying down for a few hours now because I was extremely exhausted. I literally felt like I had been running for miles. I feel horrible because my husband is outside playing with our kids and I’ve been just laying around since. Maybe I do have POTS… all of this time almost 2 years and maybe this is definitely what it is.
