Does anyone with parosmia find that once you find a food you’re “able to eat”, hours later you end up getting nauseous from it? I always get nauseas about 3-4 hours into sleep after dinner from some foods I consider to be safe.

Yes! I have this exact problem. I’ve had parosmia for about a month and the only things that have been consistent for me have been water, dr. Pepper, pepper jack cheese, and Quaker chewy strawberry granola bars. Sometimes I’ll eat a safe food and then a few hours later I have a rotten meat kind taste in my mouth but I think that brushing my teeth right after helps when it comes to a gross after taste. Last week I was able to eat plain bread, rice, and noodles but this week I get sick if I eat them. I have a very limited diet and it seems like every case of parosmia is different like for example my sister also has it and she can still eat foods that have chicken or beef flavoring and she can also eat things with small amounts of garlic.
