hi! i’m really struggling in college right now since i don’t have a lot of friends and a lot more problems and i don’t know how to make it better. i got this app because i feel very lost and alone. i don’t wanna feel like that all the time anymore. what has help y’all if you have moved out of your parent(s)/guardians care?

hey! totally relate :/ trying not to get in my head about worrying if i will fall behind or not due to symptoms. if you have the money and/or insurance, i highly recommend therapy (if u don’t go already) BUT specifically DBT. i just started but i can already tell it’s going to make a big difference

Facebook groups have helped me meet some of the best people in my support system
i’ve found that reconnecting with hobbies that i once loved really helped me. also calling the people i love almost daily to help fulfill the lack of socializing.
