    Count backwards by 7 starting at 1000. 1000-7=993. 993-7=986. 100, 993, 986, 979, 972... If you get to the end, infinitely count back up by 1. If you do it with someone else, alternating counting you'll relax more and sleep faster. You have to count out loud!
