I keep seeing things that aren’t there and I’m having trouble with it because I’m on meds to help not see or hear things but I keep seeing them. Any ideas on how to not pay attention to them?

      The biggest thing for me is finding things that make me feel real. Music I relate to, texting people who love me, writing my thoughts in my journal. I know it doesn't work for everyone but it does for me
