I understand that and after inpatient I’ve been super disappointed and closed out to therapy because it feels like nothing works. It’s super tiring to keep doing all the work. I’ve also had some super shit therapists so I feel you there. If you ever wanna talk about I’m here.

feel like I’ve been completely let down with therapy.. after so long, all I do is engage in it and try so hard and I’ve been shut down and left😞
