Struggling with Mental Health and Self Worth

Hi, Nat. I hope you find help on here. I was recently pulled off of Wellbutrin and put on hydroxyzine. Since getting Covid shot my anxiety to the moon a couple months ago. I am doing better now even though the world looks a semi joyless black and white now. I have dysthymia which is a permanent form of depression that I deal with on a day to day basis. I constantly tell myself that I am very lucky in life and there are so many people who have much harder lives then I do. I well never be able to understand your struggles but it is important to know that you are not alone even though life can feel extremely isolating. There are people who care here on this app. You just have to find them.
