I do Tui na treatments once in a while for my back pain. It's kind of a massage from the Chinese medicine and unlike Western massage techniques, Tui Na goes beyond the muscles, bones, and joints to work with the body on a deeper, energetic level and I feel it balance me both physically and mentally.
