Switching from Lexapro to Cymbalta for Depression and Chronic Pain

I have been diagnosed with POTS, chronic fatigue syndrome, peripheral neuropathy, depression, and anxiety. I’m switching from Lexapro to Cymbalta to better handle my depression and chronic pains from POTS. I’ve read it may help with my peripheral neuropathy as well. Has anyone tried Cymbalta? How was it? Side effects? Weight gain? Reaction with alcohol? Thanks :’)

Oh heck. I hated Cymbalta. It was a nightmare for me. When I wasn’t in class, I was in bed, napping harder than I ever had before. I was put on it for the same reasons as you!
