      Tks. Saw Gastro and test confirmed IBS. He said there is no cure and suggested I had allergic tests. Maybe I should find a different one. My Mom has been to Gastro in America and Canada over 30 years of consultations and meds. Some work for awhile. I will get the best one that helped her for about 2 years. She eats sugar / wheat and dairy. Ugh

        @Nowon it is so sad that doctors who are supposed to be experts in GI health tell people that there is nothing that can fix it. I do recommend a diff doc, but have you considered alternative functional medicine? Have you heard of the gut microbiome connection to IBS? I have alot to say on this and am happy to help.

      I went to a gastroenterologist and he did a lot of tests before I received the diagnosis of IBS. It’s a good place to start.
