I'm doing okay, thanks! Hope you're well. If a flare is really painful, I cover it in a mixture of turmeric and honey and it really helps me move around without suffering. Turmeric stains and can be messy, but it's worth it in my opinion. Tylenol also helps take the pain down a notch. Hope this helps!

good question, I usually use medication but I ran out and need to go back. but now I just ibuprofen and hope it goes away. and my day was okay.

Today my day has sucked and it just began BUT for pain I usually go for prevention because I personally havenāt found anything other than a relaxing shower and rest to put a dent in my HS pain.
