Been diagnosed Bipolar 1 since 2015. Since then I’ve had 2 manic episodes, both times escalated to psychosis and hospitalizations. My main struggle was always depression, sometimes clinical but usually not that bad. One time it even got catatonic. Best / worst times of my life. What baffles me about my mania trips is that both times I developed messiah complex, anyone else go through something like that?
