Treatment can be simply increasing communication to help break down amnesiac barriers, it doesn't need to be integration therapy. Most of our work has been done without a therapist, as she had no idea how to handle us.
I, the host, had to stop putting myself to superior to the others. It helped resolves some frustration along members. We started logging every switch and requiring at least a 2 sentence journal entry into a personal discord server for each switch, it has helped tremendously with being able to visualize our overall moods and activities.
