Pain in Lower Left Abdomen and Vomiting

I still have upset stomach where stuff comes back into my mouth, I don’t throw up just like a little .Don’t know what that’s from

I had the same pain except mine was on the right .I spoke with a couple of other people with Diverticulitis and they suggested probiotics and so I started taking those. Also water is really important .Lots and lots of water .I’m a big iced tea drinker but first water for hours and no sodas ever.
