Hi, new to the app. I’ve been struggling with overeating for the past year or so after previous anorexia nervosa. I’m wondering if anyone has any tips on staying motivated to use other coping mechanisms other than eating. I feel like I know my triggers for binge eating and have ideas of things to do other than eating, but have a hard time actually implementing them. Any suggestions?

I try to go for a walk, listen to music, do a puzzle, or color. I used to go for an extra run but don’t do that anymore.
