My body is acting like I’m having anxiety even though I’m not having any anxious thoughts, hard to breathe, chest hurts, shortness of breath, tight chest, shaking, dizzy, light headed.. my thoughts are that it’s my “unconscious anxiety” acting up and making my body react. Since my therapist said those are a possibility. It just hurts so bad and I want it to stop because it feels like it’s choking my heart out and I can’t do anything about it.
