Yes i do. When I have to do something, I find smaller steps easier. Instead of seeing one big task, view much smaller more manageable ones. For example instead of going to a party or club, start by inviting one then two friends over to your place, then go to theirs, then go out to somewhere quiet...build up to it slowly. Instead of seeing having to go shopping in a big supermarket, go to a quieter shop or at a quieter time of day and only get a few things that you need, then do it again later in the week for the rest, then go to bigger shops or at busier times, get more at a time, etc. I've found this helps make otherwise big daunting situations manageable with less anxiety x

Yes, definitely. I'm really shy, I was actually just playing a phone game where you have to join a team and I don't even want to do that ;_; I'm very shy and awkward which is so unlike me about 10 years ago
