New here, looking for Tourette's coping tips

Hi! I'm a similar age and also dealing with moderate Tourettes that was severe in my teenage years. I would love to talk 1:1 if you're up for that!! My main advice is this: if you have to suppress tics for whatever reason (I sure do constantly because my tics are often seen as 'this person is on drugs let's stay away'), find a place or people to be around as often as you can to just let them out. Also know that you are not weird or broken, your brain and body just work in a different way.
