I found a website “Weather” that has the current Barometric pressure. I only look at it when I don’t feel well to see if there is a reason for my lightheaded feeling. Looking at it sooner might result in a self fulfilling sickness. And lots of info on Barometric pressure effect on health on the internet. .

Weather changes really effect me as well! I can usually feel a storm coming even if it isn’t predicted by the local weather report.
The barometric pressure affect my Ménière’s a great deal. Too high or too low and also going from low to high or high to low in a short period of time does it to me as well
I note that I feel great with sunshine- high pressure- cloudy, rainy -not so much, and humid- pretty yucky. Faster the changes- worse I feel☀️
