Pregablin and Naproxen are good shouts! Naproxen can be taken with Cocodamol too which is what I usually do, but on its own Naproxen seems to help me more!

Naproxen helps me more than cocodamol.

A friend of mine found pregabalin to be the only effective pain management for severe chronic pain caused by several co-morbid conditions, though for several of the same conditions it didn't work at all for me even on higher doses. For me personally the only thing I have found that makes the pain levels a bit more manageable is high concentration full spectrum CBD oil. I was prescribed 30/500 co-codamol, pregabalin and naproxen together and I couldn't only even sit without huge discomfort with the CBD too.

I'm on pregabalin, meloxicam, and acetaminophen arthritis. This plus high CBD cannabis has been the best combination I've found. It truly varies from person to person but I've noticed the greatest improvement from these

This sounds mad but distraction is one of the best painkillers. I've been on morphine, pregabalin, Fentanyl etc for years but have successfully weaned down massively even though the pain hasn't decreased. Main thing I find helps is keeping busy, whether that's watching a film with my partner, going out for the day or even Chewing gum! Also try not to have energy 'peaks and troughs' where you do too much over a couple of days and end up flopping afterwards. If you're after medication then pregabalin or gabapentin might help, or naproxen (as long as you don't have any GI issues). Would also really recommend voltarol gel for specific areas of pain - the active ingredient is diclofenac which is a really strong anti inflammatory. As always check with your Dr before trying any Medications even if they're over the counter as they could interact with your other meds. And good luck!
