Chronic Headache Pain: Seeking Relief

I have the same thing happening. I get head pressure that starts at the base of my head and grows. It feels like pressure building in my head. It effects my vision, talking, mood, walking and memory. It lasts between 6- 15 days and returns approximately every 30-45 days. It seriously feels like my brain is swelling! Anyone going through this?

I find only midol works for my headaches sometimes,, rotating through different types of otc painkillers helps me

I take anti-inflammatory supplements, eat anti-inflammatory foods, and low histamine foods. 💚
