Hi!! i’ve recently been diagnosed with fibromyalgia. i’ve received the letter confirmation today… it also says i’ve got “multiple diffused tender myofacial spots consistent with fibromyalgia” does anyone know if that means i’ve also got myofacial pain syndrome (mfs)? ☺️

Based on the provided context, it is not clear if you have Myofascial Pain Syndrome (MFS) along with Fibromyalgia. The term "multiple diffused tender myofacial spots" refers to the tender points associated with Fibromyalgia, but it does not explicitly confirm a diagnosis of MFS. It is best to consult your doctor for clarification and further information.
