Gastroparesis Journey: Where Are You?

Dealing with the most excruciating pain for 6 days now

I'm waiting on my surgery date

I'm less than a week post diagnosis. I haven't been able yet to see a single doctor since the jerk in the hospital kicked me out 30 minutes after telling me. I feel like I'm walking in the dark, with razors to one side and a cliff to the other.

I was diagnosed in 2020 and it’s been a two year roller coaster ride. Currently in the middle of a flare up after having a couple really good weeks. It’s so frustrating

Pretty much just figured it out yet so lost

My Dr is going to do a procedure throgh an endoscopy where then Botox will be administered to my stomach. She said we will know if it is going to work for me after the first time…if it does we repeat every couple of months.

Stable for the moment, but it’s only a matter of time 😅

I’m waiting to see yet another GI doctor all the way in August and hope they will give me the care I need

I'm about to talk to my GI dr about a gastric stimulator
