I’ve been having palpitations, chest pain , short of breath , dizzy .. and have gone and seen a cardiologist they say it’s nothing and that I may have anxiety. I am having a really hard time accepting that ? How does anxiety make me have actual physical symptoms? I’m always not feeling good .
