Everytime i me n my boyfriend do it i feel sad as soon as he leaves, even when we cuddle afterwards. My mind starts racing and i start overthinking EVERYTHING, i trust him but i dont know why my mind races so much afterward :/ i start thinking im not good enough or i couldve done better.

@Crumbcatcher yess i have, we decided that cuddling before and after could help (which it did) n after a conversation with my bsf it has to do with my past sexual trauma. Me n my bf also would tell eachother what we liked n didnt care too much for which also really helped

Definitely tell your partner how you feel and hopefully he will find ways to make you feel more secure and comfortable afterward. People do tend to detach after sex so that may be what's going on but hopefully he will reach out his needs and you as well and y'all can come to an understanding.

Do you have a history of sexual trauma? Also another thing that helps me is if me and my husband also talk about the different parts of the sex while we are cuddling.
