Does anyone else have a hard time tolerating stairs, escalators, elevators? I feel light headed and my HR elevate just from riding up an escalator š¤¦āāļø also does anyone have any theories as to what this could mean pathophysiologically? Iāve been this way for as long as I can remember and definitely have either hEDS or HSD among other comorbidities. I struggle with blood circulation too.
