I have fibro & osteoarthritis. My rheumatologist asked me yesterday if i have pain in my elbows, knees, legs & feet. I said knees sometimes but not really to the rest. Well today all the above hurt and I feel dumb because I don’t want to go back and be like “yup they do hurt actually, my bad” cause I don’t want to seem like I’m faking it. I already feel extremely inconsistent. I also have ADHD and naturally have a bad memory, as well as a lack for observation. Has anyone else experienced this? I want to start journaling but execute dysfunction 🙄😅

ALL. THE. TIME. "Are you experiencing this symptom?" "No." *goes home and experiences the symptom* and then I start thinking about it and I realize I had been experiencing it before and I just thought it was normal or a one time thing. Then, like you said, I'm afraid to go back and have them think I'm making it up 🤦♂️
There’s medical journals on Amazon that are actually super organized and helpful to track symptoms, it’s been really helpful for me!
