Every day, especially the darker it is for me the worse mine gets. Or when I’m alone and see or hear something close to me.

I have a bunch and they are always different. I only had one that would show up repeatedly and it was a young woman or maybe a teenager dress in white with black hair. She was always screaming, crying, or just sad. I've chased after a few thinking they were real or out of confusion. My mom came to check on me once while I was sick. She pushed the door open slowly, peeked in, then walked out and into her room and turned the light on. When I walked in after her she was gone. I walked in after her because something felt off and she didn't answer me. I saw her hands wrap around the door instead of the handle. Her hands were dark, long, and looked sharp, but I ignored that thinking it was maybe the shadow of them or because of the dim lighting. Also, her eyes were lower as if she was shorter and they had a faint gold glow, which isn't actually abnormal for her, but more convincing that it was my mom. And when I went to her room, there was no light on. I checked the house after and no one else was there. Just me.

Yes, I would often see a blond man in a bright pink shirt. I tried to talk to him several times because I thought he was real, then he would disappear right in front of me. One day, I saw him lodged in a tree, as if he had teleported into the trunk of the tree accidentally, and that was the only time he wasn’t smiling. I didn’t help him because I recognized him from before, and therefore knew he wasn’t real.

This was one of the many reasons I was diagnosed with schitzo-effective disorder

I, too, see a lot of things that really aren’t there and end up scaring myself half to death. I also have been experiencing an increase in auditory hallucinations and those are also a lot of fun 🙄

I have this multiple times a day, I always see something walking past me in my peripheral vision.
