TW (I think) lately I’ve been having uncontrollable intrusive thoughts about killing Myself. Sometimes the thoughts get so loud I’m scared I may actually do it. I don’t want to kill myself but my brain is kinda convincing me I do. I’ve tried cleaning my room, showering, and hanging out with family but I can’t get rid of the thoughts. They scare me. I don’t want to kill myself.
