I have never had cataplexy bad enough that I get slack jaw and fall down and have mild paralysis but today it happened and yesterday too and I have no idea why? I’m on Effexor and it normally prevents paralysis and cataplexy so wtf?? I’m freaked out. Maybe it’s exhaustion? Can anyone relate?
