Anyone coming off sertraline; what side effects are you experiencing? - I’ve had a few that I really hate and they are getting to be too much to handle :(

I decreased mine from 100mg to minus 25mg every 2 weeks. I didn't experience many symptoms until I had some very bad intrusive thoughts that caused a crisis and a hospital visit. Possibly from the decreased dosage but I can't be sure.

Tbh I never took that but I would recommend flumaxine idk if I'm spelling right but it's in my profile and this meds from my experience is moody, swings and etc till you get to 200mg and you'll feel fine no side effects if you take 100 a morning and night or 200 for morning idk bout night time since I got badly sick from that

When I have come off in the past I have had brain zaps and electric shock type feelings in my hands. Not nice! I hope you're doing OK

Is your doctor tapering you too fast?

@Atheris I’m not sure, I used to take 50g a day, at the moment I’m on 25g every 4 days and I’m having the worst side effects
