I spend most of my free time alone at home and I get so lonely, depressed, and bored. But being around people is so draining; when I spend time with others I feel self-conscious the whole time and I worry that they don’t like me. Besides, I’m so tired all the time; I don’t have the energy or motivation to do anything other than sit at home. Does anyone have advice? I feel helpless.

find the littlest things to get your through your day, write them down. it could be as simple as drinking water, taking a 10 minute walk, spending time with a friend / chatting on the phone with someone. tweak your diet, do something new with your appearance, create some art or write… something self soothing, to take care of you. it’s baby steps- and even if you could find joy in something like a candy bar or a Tv show, keep breathing. you can push yourself slowly each day to do something new. you arent your discomfort.

@Deannaistrying also, I should be practicing what I preach. None of this is easy. I just take it day by day but i try to not destroy myself over it 😥
