Coping with Abandonment Issues: Tips and Strategies

What do you take for your depression? Maybe it isn't working well enough and needs a boost? I recently had to add a new med to the anti-depressant I've been on to help it and that has made a big difference for me.

Unsure I’ve never really been abandoned but the fear of everyone leaving/abandoning me scared me a lot and I panic a little when someone leaves or cuz I’m scared they will get hurt or I could I self diagnosed myself with separation anxiety because of this. So sorry your having this and I hope you find your answer :)
