Does anyone know how to keep anxiety down? I have PTSD, anxiety and depression.

when I start feeling like my anxiety is kicking into over drive i will play some music I like or if its possible ill lay down and try to sleep some. it usually helps❤️

I always try to do my breathing and name 5 objects around me try to refocus your thoughts, I noticed while I was raising my two grandkids my episodes were less, due to my thoughts were on them more than my what if's . Now they are grown and am back with the struggles 🙃
I have a friend with M S- multiple sclerosis and he says smoking cannabis helps pain. It relieves pain drastically . I would use it for medical purposes only, if I needed it.
